Ordering and Delivery

This page sets out the terms and conditions for placing orders and delivering products purchased through the website Stoitchkov.eu, hereinafter referred to as "Site", "the Site", "the Website".

1. How to place an order

Orders are accepted only through the official online store:

Orders placed through social networks or by phone are not processed, in order to protect personal data, track orders, and provide correct service for subscriptions.

After a successful order is placed, the customer receives an email confirmation with order information.

2. Delivery cost

• Free delivery within Bulgaria, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific campaign or product.

• The cost for international delivery is automatically calculated upon order completion, depending on the destination and chosen method.

3. Order processing

• Orders placed on a working day until 3:00 PM are processed on the same working day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

• Orders placed on a non-working day are processed on the first subsequent working day.

4. Delivery time

The usual delivery time within Bulgaria is 1 – 2 working days after order processing.

International delivery times depend on the recipient country and the chosen courier and are indicated as an estimate upon order completion.

5. Saturday delivery

Upon explicit request from the customer, Saturday delivery is possible, depending on the capabilities of the chosen courier.
The time slot is usually between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM, with no guaranteed exact time.

6. Delivery methods

6.1 Delivery to BOX NOW locker

• Delivery to a BOX NOW locker, accessible 24/7.

• Important: For delivery to a BOX NOW locker, cash payment or payment with a physical POS terminal is not possible.

• When choosing "cash on delivery", payment is made online with a bank card via a link sent by SMS / Viber / email after the shipment is dispatched.

6.2 Delivery to address or courier office

• Delivery to a personal address or a courier company office (Econt, Speedy, Sameday, or another partner, depending on availability).

• The standard delivery time slot on working days is between 09:00 AM and 05:30 PM.

7. Unclaimed shipments

If the customer:

• does not provide access to the delivery address;

• does not claim their shipment from the chosen office or locker within the specified period;

the seller is released from the obligation for re-delivery.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order;

• withhold delivery and return costs, where applicable.
