Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, making complaints, and receiving refunds for purchases made through the Stoitchkov.eu website, hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "the Site."
1. Right of Withdrawal from Purchase
1.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase without stating a reason, within 30 days from the date of product receipt.
1.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email:
office@stoitchkov.eu, specifying the order number and contact details.
1.3. After notification of withdrawal, products must be returned within 30 days from the date of notification.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returned Products
For the return to be accepted and the paid amount to be refunded, all the following conditions must be met:

products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging;
-
there should be no signs of use, damage, or contamination;
-
the order number or another document proving the purchase must be provided.
The costs of returning the products are at the customer's expense, except in cases of proven defect or error on our part.
3. Return Address
After preliminary confirmation from us by email, products are sent to an address that will be provided to you additionally.
4. Unaccepted Shipments
If the returned products do not meet the conditions in point 2, you will be notified.
In this case, you can choose:
-
to have the products sent back to you at your expense; or
-
to waive re-delivery, in which case we reserve the right to retain the products and the paid amount.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees paid upon delivery (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
5.1. A claim for a damaged or missing shipment can be made:
-
upon receipt of the shipment, in the presence of the courier, with a note on the waybill; or
-
within 3 working days of receipt, by email to office@stoitchkov.eu, providing the order number and photographic evidence.
5.2. Claims related to individual intolerance, allergic reaction, or subjective assessment of the effect are not considered a product defect.
5.3. Defects in gift or free items are not considered a defect of the main product.
6. Return of Gift Items
If the order included free or gift items, upon return of the main product, they must also be returned – in full, unused, and unopened condition.
7. Refunds
7.1. The refund procedure begins within 14 business days from the date on which the returned products are received and inspected.
7.2. Refunds are made as follows:
-
Cash on Delivery – by bank transfer to an account specified by the customer;
-
Credit / Debit Card – to the same card from which the payment was made;

Online Payment Services – by the respective method used.
The actual receipt of the amount depends on the servicing bank or payment provider.
8. Subscription Orders
8.1. Subscriptions can be changed or canceled at any time before the next scheduled shipment.
8.2. Cancellation of a subscription does not affect orders already processed and shipped.
